I’m a multimedia journalist who loves writing about health & wellness, lifestyle, and millennial culture. I have several years of experience in content writing and social media strategy. At the end of the day, I’m passionate about creating quality content that actually connects with people.

In past roles, I’ve conducted copywriting and social media initiatives to help companies weave their brand voice into the digital space in a dynamic way. Right now, I’m seeking to leverage my skills in a creative setting to produce engaging work that empowers people. I earned my B.S. in Magazine Journalism from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where I was a lead editorial producer for the award-winning college media website The NewsHouse and a campus editor for multiple women’s lifestyle publications. Nothing energizes me more than brainstorming with people, solving problems, and contributing to the overall growth of a team.

When I’m not searching for the latest health hacks and beauty trends, I’m scoping out the best guac in NYC, walking my dogs (although most often my dogs are walking me), or exploring with my camera. I’m also a wicked ping pong player and sci-fi lover.
